Ardell has 20 years of commercial and residential management in the Palm Beach County Real Estate arena. Her experience includes high rise office buildings, retail centers on Worth Avenue to Office Condo and Residential Homeowners Association Management. Ardell Stoller gives individual attention to Owners, Tenants, Customers and Vendors in order to resolve the needs of each person. At the top of the list in this current market, Ardell Stoller’s focus to add value to each property asset is on Tenant Retention, Budget cost savings and going “Green”.
Ardell Stoller’s expertise in oversight of Construction, Architectural and Building Rehabilitation has led to her winning a BOMA Award and two NAIOP Awards. Additional experiences included Tenant build outs to maintaining Water Towers and HVAC Pkg units, staff and Vendors from “A-Z”.
Ardell Stoller’s background began growing up in Iowa on a farm and subsequently attending college in UMKC in Kansas City with a Business Major and Accounting Minor. After College and moving to Florida, Ardell Stoller managed a 1,000 unit residential HUD and Section 8 Project in Ft. Lauderdale. Subsequently, in 1989 as a Property Manager for Merin Hunter Codman, Ardell Stoller managed over 1 million sf of RTC and foreclosed office buildings and shopping centers. Responsibilities were to maintain and turnaround the projects for disposition.

In 1993, Ardell Stoller was offered a position in Palm Beach to manage assets for a private owner on Worth Avenue until he passed away in 2001. Responsibilities were in building rehabilitation, cost savings and lease up. Following his death, Ardell Stoller managed a multi-use complex in downtown West Pam Beach on Clematis until it was sold. Cost savings of $150,000 yearly to the projects were due to replacing personnel for automated “Pay as You Go” Equipment for a 5 story Parking Garage.
Currently as a Senior Property Manager for TRH Management, Inc., she brings to the table facilities management, Tenant retention and client relations, financial reporting with preparation of annual budgets, asset reviews and annual business plans, lease administrations and tenant improvements, and a Real Estate and CAM License.
