Tom Hamilton brings to TRH Management, Inc. 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Arena. His experience spans all aspects of development, including but not limited to, 4 million s.f. of redevelopment, 1.5 million s.f. of new construction, acquisitions, site plan approval, architectural and engineering review, construction management, lease-up of 4 million s.f. of new and/or renewal projects and property management.

 

Previously to joining TRH Management, Inc., Mr. Hamilton was VP of Leasing, Development and Land Acquisitions for Woolbright Development, Inc., one of the largest shopping center operators and a top ten private owner of retail real estate in Florida holding 55 projects totaling 6 million s.f. of retail ad mixed used real estate in their portfolio.

 

Prior to Woolbright Development, Inc., Mr. Hamilton was VP of Operations and Development US for Sterling Centrecorp, Inc., a publically traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange with 225 properties totally 20 million s.f. and approximately 200 employees. Mr. Hamilton’s responsibilities included acquisition, redevelopment and leasing in Florida, Georgia and in North Carolina, dispositions of Hotels in the United States and completed development of Osprey Cove, Hobe Sound, Florida consisting of 78 Custom Residential Homes and a 32 slip marina w/ clubhouse and community pool.

 

Mr. Hamilton originally was VP of Construction, Leasing and Operations with North American Acquisition Group in 1989, a company that began with one shopping center and grew into 6 centers in Florida. North American Acquisition Group turned into a public company and became Centrecorp Management Services in 1996 which Mr. Hamilton was the VP of Development, Leasing and Operations for the United States. Subsequently, within 5 years Centrecorp Management Services grew from 6 properties to over 70 properties with an asset base of over $1.1 billion with an ownership in 6 states and 160 employees in North America. Centrecorp Management Services merged with Sterling, Inc. in 2001 and became Sterling Centrecorp Inc.

 

Mr. Hamilton has a life long standing in Florida, even growing up in Florida, and has been involved in Commercial Real Estate his entire professional career. He has amassed numerous relations with brokers, agents, commercial real estate brokers, investors and finance professionals.
